Webinar: Strengthening Software Quality Assurance: Building Trust in Software by Transforming QA

We have a series of upcoming webinars on a variety of application security toipcs.  The first of these is titled “Strengthening Software Quality Assurance: Building Trust in Software by Transforming QA”  The webinar will be held November 3rd, 2pm (CST).

Presented by Michael Anderson

Traditional quality assurance teams have focused on verifying that features and functionality have been implemented in software. Rarely do QA teams focus their energy to determine if software can withstand sophisticated attacks once put into production environments. This presentation focuses on how traditional software QA is transforming to address risks, and how QA can play a more central role in the development of secure software in the enterprise. It also addresses how sophisticated organizations are reviewing the QA process itself to address any imbedded risk that might exist.
